Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy
LOCATION
Lubbock, Texas •We offer relocation assistance
SALARY:
$143,769 to $229,860 We are a retained search firm, asked by our client, a 240 bed hospital to fill the below role.
ROLE:
As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll help shape a high‑performing, collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, top‑quality medication management across every stage of care. You'll oversee daily operations, guide and grow talented caregivers, champion medication safety, and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards. If you're energized by mentoring others, optimizing workflows, elevating patient safety, and supporting innovative pharmacy technologies—this role offers the perfect blend of impact and advancement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications:
PharmD Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, please respond back and include the following: MS WORD Resume required compensation.
