TITLE:
Director of PharmacyLOCATION
Roosevelt, UT Looking for more than just a job title? Ready to showcase your expertise and passion as a valuable asset? Seeking a role in a community-serving facility in eastern Utah that offers a small-town lifestyle within a population of approximately 30K, conveniently situated between Salt Lake City and Denver. This region boasts a plethora of outdoor recreational activities with a reservoir and mountains at your doorstep, including fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, golfing, water sports, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and white-water rafting. Education opportunities are also accessible, with a technical college and a regional university campus available. Full-time position. Pharmacy operates M-F 6am-6pm, Sat-Sun 6am-4pm, Holidays 6am-12noon. Two RX work 7on 7off plus PRN RX, with 3 Techs on each day. Compensation ranges between $146K- 190K based on experience.
Your responsibilities:
Lead department activities and resources to meet goals of organization. Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards that align with organization's requirements. Evaluate departmental operations to ensure performance and quality control objectives are met. Oversee staffing activities, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct audits, foster professional growth, integrate evidence-based practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage, train, and develop staff, reviewing performance and administering corrective action as needed.Additional information:
