Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the working PIC, providing direct dispensing and clinical consultation to physicians and nursing staff Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure accurate restocking of Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure safe medication use throughout the hospital Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy for behavioral health patients

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist in Virginia (active license required) Experience working in behavioral health or hospital pharmacy settings preferred Proficient in medication dispensing, staff oversight, and consultation Ability to start immediately and commit to the contract duration Strong communication and leadership skills to manage pharmacy operations smoothly This is an urgent opening with a rapid hiring process.
