Senior Manager - Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Seattle, WA (Onsite) Full-Time | New Position Compensation & Benefits Eligible for variable compensation (based on role and performance) Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for self and family Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates Regional relocation assistance available Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic pharmacy leader to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations and drive strategic, clinical, and operational excellence across multiple care settings. This role partners with senior leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant pharmaceutical care across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Lead inpatient pharmacy operations across multiple hospital and acute care settings Collaborate with regional, national, and local leadership to implement pharmacy strategic priorities Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, HIPAA, etc.) Drive drug use management strategies and formulary optimization Oversee performance improvement, workflow efficiency, and quality initiatives Develop and mentor pharmacy leadership and operational teams Partner with clinicians and healthcare leaders to improve patient care outcomes Monitor data, trends, and medication utilization to support decision-making Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree (BS Pharmacy acceptable) PGY1 Residency preferred at time of hire Minimum 3-5 years pharmacist experience in a related field At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports Experience managing budgets or operational projects Active Washington State Pharmacist License required at hire National Provider Identifier (NPI) within 6 months of hire Schedule & Work Setting Day shift schedule Onsite role in inpatient hospital setting (Seattle, WA) Why Join Us This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape inpatient pharmacy operations, improve patient outcomes, and influence enterprise-wide pharmacy strategy.
Pay:
$197,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
