Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at a well-established pharmacy serving a vibrant community in Wapato, WA. This direct hire role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring excellent pharmaceutical care while managing staff and inventory in a friendly, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and managing inventory Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients and customers, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, enhancing service quality and community trust Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care and medication management
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting preferred but not required Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, given the community's needs, though not mandatory Genuine commitment to serving and engaging with the Wapato community
Location:
Wapato, Washington Candidates should be willing to relocate and commit to this community-focused role
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm This position offers the unique chance to grow professionally while contributing to a pharmacy group that operates multiple locations and values long-term staff.
