Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Soliant has a direct-hire opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager at a community pharmacy serving the Yakima Valley in Washington. Direct Hire, Permanent Compensation:
$130,000 to $160,000 annually
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00

Healthcare / Retail Community Pharmacy What They Value This pharmacy is looking for more than just clinical skill. Responsibilities Oversee all daily pharmacy operations Manage and support pharmacy technician staff Maintain accurate inventory management throughout the pharmacy Maintain records in full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Provide excellent patient counseling and build strong relationships with the community served Ensure smooth and efficient daily pharmacy workflow Experience Management experience preferred but not required Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred Comfortable serving a diverse and underserved patient population Skills Excellent communication skills Warm and approachable demeanor Genuine desire to serve the community Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus, but not required Strong organizational and inventory management skills Comfortable overseeing daily pharmacy operations and technician staff Qualifications An active Washington Pharmacist License is required Soliant offers Licensing Assistance if you are not yet licensed in
