Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding customer service Manage pharmacy technicians, coordinate inventory control, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards Foster a welcoming environment and build strong relationships with the community served Support the pharmacy team with leadership and problem-solving as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with experience in pharmacy operations; Pharmacy Manager experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Genuine commitment to serving the health needs of the local community

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00

PM Location:

Wapato, Washington (relocation required) This is a direct hire position offering a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
