Job Description
Full Time Job Summary Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing drugs, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Pharmacy technicians work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed only by a registered pharmacist. Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent. College courses desired but not required. Experience 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred. Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations Current pharmacy technician registration. Eligible for pharmacy technician certification with AL Board of Pharmacy. Equipment, Tools, Work Aids N/A Specialized Knowledge and Skills N/A Benefits Yes Approximate Work Schedule Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM
