You will be responsible for the technical preparation of prescriptions, inventory management, and assisting patients with manufacturer assistance paperwork. This role offers a unique schedule that allows for a three-day weekend while maintaining full-time benefits.

Job Duties:

Review and interpret provider orders to prepare accurate medications for patients Support clinical services by assembling, labeling, and distributing pharmaceutical products Maintain comprehensive records of all filled prescriptions and provider orders Manage the intake and organization of donated and purchased medication inventory Facilitate the completion of Patient Assistance Program forms for manufacturer support Execute regular inventory audits and counts to ensure supply chain accuracy Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment according to established regulations Interact with patients and healthcare providers to address medication requests Collect and share patient success stories for use in donor communications Support the broader administrative team on special projects and facility needs

Job Requirements:

Prior professional experience in a pharmacy or dispensary setting filling medications Strong alignment with the mission of serving the poor and marginalized in the community Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate medical databases Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Willingness to engage in a "one-ministry" team mindset with a proactive attitude Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to people from diverse backgrounds Proficiency in the Spanish language is a significant plus At our clients' request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
