Pharmacy Tech Instructor - PT Days About The Job Fortis College in Dothan is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to join its faculty. Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Pharmacy Technician Program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education. The primary responsibility will be to teach Pharmacy Technician courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation. Requirements Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Tech program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required
Certification:
PTCB and/or ExCPT At least three years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
