Responsibilities:

Distributive Activities:

Handle Inbound & outbound calls Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Work daily with Leadership to ensure the right medications are put in the right packets Fill exception trays with appropriate medication Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items Pack and ship completed orders including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser, shipping boxes Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time Aid the distribution manager and distribution pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas Package medications for dispensing and for delivery -

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience as a Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Technician in Training OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously. A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment -

Requirements:

High School Diploma, or GED required. Relevant experience or a willingness to learn Fresher's technician. Mail Order Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience or Compounding Experience huge bonus. Experience working prescriptions claims and knowledge of rejections helpful. Bilingual in Spanish/Vietnamese/English.
