The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Perform medication administration under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. Maintain patient records and manage medication intake processes. Utilize aseptic technique during IV infusion preparation to ensure patient safety. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and educating patients about their medications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and pharmacy regulations. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities to uphold the highest standards of pharmacy practice. Experience Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required, preferably in a Compounding settings. Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols is essential. Proven ability to deliver excellent patient service and support patient care initiatives. Experience with IV infusion preparation and aseptic techniques is preferred.
