This role supports a pharmacy team consisting of one pharmacist and three technicians, operating with a daily prescription volume of under 100 scripts. The position offers consistent weekday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, working within the Pioneer Rx system.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter prescription data and related information into the pharmacy system. Communicate effectively with patients and physicians' offices to clarify or confirm prescription orders. Fill and dispense medications, ensuring proper verification of patient allergies and provider instructions. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, adhering to organizational policies. Deliver high-quality customer service with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license issued by the state of Arizona. Minimum of two years recent experience specifically in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Pioneer Rx pharmacy system is preferable.
