Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Peridot, AZ, offering evening and weekend shifts. This contract role is set for 13-26+ weeks, with the potential for extension based on client needs.
Location:
Peridot, AZ Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week Shifts primarily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (shift assignments determined by client needs) Evenings and weekends required Flexibility in scheduling is essential
Responsibilities:
Support inpatient pharmacy operations with accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to maintain efficient pharmacy workflow Utilize Omnicell systems for medication management and inventory control Adhere strictly to safety and regulatory standards in inpatient settings
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
AZ State Pharmacy Technician license required Prior inpatient hospital experience is mandatory Demonstrated proficiency with Omnicell medication management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly across various shifts This position provides a rewarding environment to contribute to patient care within a hospital pharmacy setting.
