We focus on accuracy, fast service, strong clinical support, and outstanding customer care. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Pharmacy Technician/ Trainee to join our team and grow within the pharmacy field. Position Summary The Pharmacy Technician will work under the supervision of licensed pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians while learning pharmacy workflow, medication processing, packaging, inventory management, and long-term care pharmacy operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in pharmacy and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Assist with prescription processing and data entry Prepare medication packaging and labeling Support medication filling and production workflow Organize and stock pharmacy inventory Assist with cycle fill preparation and tote organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Help with medication deliveries preparation and dispatching Follow HIPAA and pharmacy compliance procedures Communicate professionally with pharmacy staff and healthcare facilities Learn long-term care pharmacy operations and pharmacy software systems Qualifications Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (willing or working to obtain PTCB) High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Hands-on pharmacy training Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Exposure to long-term care and compounding pharmacy operations Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to transition into a Certified Pharmacy Technician role Application Question(s): What is your expected hourly pay?
