Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into the Pioneer Rx system. Communicate with patients and physician offices regarding prescriptions and inquiries. Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, carefully verifying patient allergies. Handle patient questions, concerns, and complaints professionally following organizational guidelines. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure positive patient experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must hold a clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona. Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a retail pharmacy environment. Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Environment:

Fast-paced retail pharmacy team with 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians. Average prescription volume under 100 per day.
