Job Overview We are seeking a certified and compassionate full time Pharmacy Technician to support our daily operations in a long term role. In this role, you will be the backbone of our dispensing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing friendly service to our loyal patients. You will work closely with the Pharmacist to manage workflow, inventory, and patient communications. This is a full time long term position.
Business Hours:
Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM. Saturday 9AM to 1
PM Key Responsibilities Prescription Processing:
Accurately prepare, fill, and label prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Customer Service & Patient Care:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients. Assist with intake, handle insurance adjudications, and triage clinical questions to the Pharmacist.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, place orders, restock shelves, and manage expiration dates to ensure medication availability and reduce waste.
Software Utilization:
Efficiently navigate pharmacy software management system to process orders and maintain patient records.
Compliance:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in strict adherence to HIPAA, California State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and company safety policies.
Essential Qualifications Licensure:
Must possess a valid California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
Billing Experience:
At least 2 years of experience with pharmacy billing software is required.
Software Experience:
Prior experience with pharmacy software systems (DigitalRX/Cerner) is preferred.
Bilingual:
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Attention to

Exceptional accuracy in counting, data entry, and record-keeping is non-negotiable.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient-centric attitude.
