Certified Pharmacy Technician (filler)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and motivated Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting pharmacists, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications, and helping provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients Perform medication inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles Provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to support appropriate medication therapy Assist in maintaining pharmacy equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the work area Follow all pharmacy policies, safety standards, and applicable state and federal regulations

Experience and Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician with current and active certification Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred Proficient in medical terminology and general pharmacy operation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Language Requirements:
