This direct hire position offers a dynamic role focused on both sterile compounding and patient/provider communication within a fast-paced home infusion environment.

Monday to Friday, starting at 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM (flexibility required) Rotating weekends Hours of operation: 7 days/week from 6 AM to 9

PM Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sterile compounded medications accurately following established protocols Use proprietary workflow systems effectively Communicate directly with patients and healthcare providers to provide updates, answer questions, and coordinate care Support various compounding activities and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Pharmacy Technician certification with IV compounding experience required Strong background in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacies; retail compounding background is also considered a strong fit Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients and providers Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is not suitable for this role This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $23 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, with an emphasis on candidates in the mid $20s range.
