Chinese/English Bilingual abilities is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role is essential in supporting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Maintain accurate patient records and medication administration records Provide excellent patient service by answering questions regarding medication filling and refill for patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support critical care initiatives and enhance patient outcomes. Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with pharmacy practices and regulations. Requirements Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from California Board of Pharmacy. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmacy operations. Knowledge of critical care practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
