YOUR ROLE AS A CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

You work hands-on with veterinary-prescribed medications, carefully preparing, measuring, labeling, and dispensing each order with accuracy and care. You calculate proper dosages based on species, size, and condition, maintain detailed medication records and inventory, and ensure pharmaceuticals are stored and handled correctly. You also serve as a trusted resource for pet owners by clearly explaining dosage instructions, storage needs, and potential side effects, helping them feel confident in their pet's care while supporting the veterinary team every step of the way.
