Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile medications following established protocols. Use a proprietary workflow system to manage compounding and inventory tasks. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to coordinate medication therapy and ensure clear understanding of treatment plans. Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and safety standards. Assist with inventory management and quality assurance as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid California Pharmacy Technician license required. National Certification is highly preferred. Previous experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy settings; inpatient-only experience will not be considered. Strong communication skills for patient and provider interaction. Familiarity with retail compounding pharmacies is a plus.

Schedule and Hours:

Monday through Friday shifts starting at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM, with flexibility required. Rotating weekend shifts. Operations run seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $23 to $36 per hour based on experience.
