In this vital role, you will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and safety for diverse patient populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient health through precise medication management, and and exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient pharmacy operations while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Accurately fill and label prescriptions Process and bill insurance claims efficiently Handle patient interactions with professionalism and care Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation Perform data entry and maintain patient profiles in the pharmacy system Assist with resolving insurance issues and rejected claims Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support the Pharmacist with daily operations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent pharmacy experience (retail or outpatient preferred) Current California Pharmacy Technician License (active and in good standing) Strong knowledge of insurance billing and claim adjudication Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient with Pioneer RX pharmacy software (experience preferred) Spanish speaking is a big plus Join our team where your expertise directly impacts patient health outcomes!
