Located in a major metropolitan area, this county hospital serves a large and diverse patient population, offering both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy experience. The role is registry-based, ideal for candidates who desire scheduling flexibility but are available to work approximately 3 to 4 days per week. Shift options begin as early as 6:00 AM and continue throughout the day with start times at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Each shift lasts 8.5 hours, including a 30-minute lunch break. While most weeks average around 24 hours, some may extend beyond 40 hours due to busy periods. This is a long-term assignment with ongoing availability for those interested in sustained work.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately for inpatient and outpatient departments Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation Assist with IV medication preparation, ensuring compliance with safety standards Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare teams in a high-acuity hospital setting Maintain inventory and ensure medication storage complies with hospital protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
