$1663.00•$1714.00 This Pharmacy Technician position in Palo Alto, CA offers you the opportunity to perform sterile and non-sterile compounding of non-hazardous drugs, process medication orders in the EHR, and maintain inventory by monitoring expiration dates and handling returned products. You will assess documentation, escalate environmental monitoring issues, distribute medications, and train new staff by auditing and providing feedback for accuracy. Your role also includes working with devices, information systems, and automated pharmacy equipment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, six months of sterile compounding or inpatient experience, and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Intern, or Pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy.
