Filling#26-17579 $16.50-$20.14 per hour Redlands, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a
Pharmacy Tech I:
Filling for their Redlands, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Selects, picks, packages and labels medications and ancillary supplies per prescription, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist in accordance with the Client specialty guidelines and pharmacy laws. Accurate counting of medications utilizing a manual process as well as any automated counting devices. Exercise proper hands sanitization and hazardous medication handling practices. Performs functions &/or responsibilities of an Operations Assistant (packer-20% of the week)) as needed. Responsible for preparing and/or restocking the filling station with medications and/or supplies as needed. Responsible for cleaning all pill counting devices/equipment and general working areas. Center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
Requirements:
Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position. Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. CA active pharmacy tech license (cert is not acceptable)
