PM Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician I to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to support medication fulfillment and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes cross-training as an Operations Assistant/Materials Coordinator , providing additional exposure to operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Select, pick, and package medications and supplies for shipment to patients Perform accurate record-keeping and documentation Assist with inventory control and stock management processes Support operational tasks as needed through cross-training Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required) (National certification alone will not be accepted) Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and ability to operate machinery

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Frequently lift 5-10 lbs and occasionally lift 30-50 lbs unassisted Ability to reach, grasp, and handle materials at various levels Comfortable working with equipment such as conveyor belts

Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with moving machinery Moderate noise levels May require use of protective clothing or equipment
