Job Description
Job Summary We are committed to offering personalized care to our patients while ensuring the highest standards in safety, efficiency, and customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to our team who are passionate about making a positive impact on patient care. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls for patient refills and other general calls and conducts outbound patient compliance calls. Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications. Ensure that a licensed pharmacist properly checks all packing of products prior to products leaving the pharmacy. Organize recurring monthly refills, and accurately maintain all refill reminder system. Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and ordering medications. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medication therapy management. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Assist with billing and insurance claim processing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required Current California Pharmacy Technician License without restrictions and in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software.
