$22.00•$26.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) About the Role Are you a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician looking to trade the retail grind for a stable, professional environment? Our Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy in Simi Valley is seeking a reliable professional to join our team. In this role, you won't just be counting pills; you'll be a vital link in the healthcare chain, ensuring that residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities receive their medications accurately and on time. Unlike retail, our LTC environment allows you to focus on precision and clinical support without the distractions of a traditional storefront or "on-call" weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities Prescription Processing:

Accurately input and process prescriptions using our pharmacy management software.

LTC Packaging:

Prepare medications using specialized LTC packaging (e.g., blister packs, multi-dose strips) tailored for facility use.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing expires, and organizing the pharmacy floor.

Coordination:

Work closely with pharmacists and facility staff to resolve insurance adjudications or medication synchronization issues.

Compliance:

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all State Board of Pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

What We're Looking For Licensed Professional:

Must possess a current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in the State of California.

Experience:

Previous experience in an LTC or high-volume retail setting is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems.

Reliability:
