Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract Seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians for a contract position at a leading 300-bed children's hospital located in Palo Alto, CA. This role offers the chance to work within one of Northern California's top health systems, supporting pediatric care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision Utilize EPIC software to manage pharmacy workflows and documentation Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to support patient care
Qualifications:
Current Pharmacy Technician certification or licensure Experience working in hospital or pediatric pharmacy settings preferred Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Palo Alto, CA Schedule/Hours:
ASAP start Approximately 6-month contract term This opportunity is ideal for Pharmacy Technicians seeking to gain experience in a prestigious health system, enhance their clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on pediatric patient care.
