This role is ideal for candidates with experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy environments, focused on delivering patient-centered care with strong communication skills.

Location:

Torrance, CA Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday shifts starting at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM (flexibility required) Rotating weekends Operating hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately compound sterile and non-sterile formulations following strict protocols Manage patient and provider communications effectively, assisting with order clarifications and updates Operate within a proprietary workflow system designed for efficient pharmacy operations Collaborate closely with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless home infusion services Assist with inventory management and maintaining compliance standards Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Pharmacy Technician with IV Certification Proven experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy settings (retail compounding experience is also welcomed) Strong communication skills for direct interactions with patients and providers Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Candidates with hospital-only experience will not be considered
