Temp-to-Hire About the Role Adecco Healthcare and LifeSciences is currently looking for a detail-oriented California Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy production environment. Schedule Initial Schedule (Monday-Friday):
Monday & Wednesday:
2:00 PM•10:30
PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
1:30 PM•10:00 PM After approximately 4 weeks , schedules may transition based on business needs to:

1:30 PM•10:00 PM Mandatory overtime is required. Responsibilities Accurately fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules. Replenish automated dispensing equipment and maintain medication inventory. Scan medications and enter lot numbers and expiration dates. Perform quality checks to ensure medication accuracy and prevent cross-contamination. Complete inventory cycle counts and assist with discrepancy investigations. Prepare specialty and cold-chain prescriptions according to handling requirements. Package and ship prescriptions while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues when necessary. Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment. Minimum Qualifications Current California Pharmacy Technician License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (externships and training do not count) Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production goals
Pay Details:
