Certified Pharmacy Technician Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurately measure, mix, package, label, and deliver medications to patients Assist pharmacists in filling prescription orders and managing inventory Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Process insurance claims and handle billing issues Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
