Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment

Schedule:

Onsite, Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Process, label, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification Communicate with pharmacists, clinicians, and patients Support medication adherence through outbound calls Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial programs Manage inventory, supplies, and medication storage requirements Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate refills Maintain accurate data, perform adjudication, and support operations Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support process initiatives Skills & Traits Strong communication and phone skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable ✅ Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information Qualifications Pharmacy Technician registration ( required ) CPhT certification ( preferred ) 1+ years of experience ( 5+ years preferred ) High school diploma or GED required Why Join Us?
