We are currently hiring an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing, high-performance environment where technicians are involved in more than just day-to-day compounding. We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable in a sterile lab, but also interested in growing into a larger role, including exposure to formulation development, quality systems, testing, and compliance. This is a 1099 contractor position with strong potential for growth into a leadership role as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities Perform sterile compounding using proper aseptic technique Prepare batch formulations of compounded sterile products Maintain ISO-classified cleanroom standards (ISO 5/7/8) Execute cleaning, disinfecting, and environmental maintenance procedures Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for dispensing/shipping Maintain compounding records, logs, and batch documentation Communicate clearly with pharmacists regarding workflow, issues, or deviations Assist in maintaining compliance with USP standards Support ongoing improvements in workflow, efficiency, and lab organization Growth & Opportunity This role offers exposure beyond traditional technician responsibilities, including: Participation in formulation development and optimization Involvement in testing coordination (sterility, endotoxin, potency, etc.) Exposure to quality systems and regulatory compliance Opportunity to grow into a lead technician or supervisory role We are building something from the ground up, this is an opportunity to get in early and grow with the company.

Requirements Required:

Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License Prior sterile compounding experience (hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy) Strong understanding of aseptic technique Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation English proficiency (spoken and written)

Preferred:
