A willingness to learn new skills, embrace change, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care is essential. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred FrameworkLTC experience preferred Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred Pharmacy Technician License or registration preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow High school diploma or equivalent required What You'll Do Accurately filling and preparing blister card medications Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently Assist with inventory management and stocking needs Supporting multiple pharmacy workflow areas based on operational needs Assist with special project and process improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal pharmacy regulations Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations
