1 Onsite Interview Job Summary We are hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support a specialty pharmacy fulfillment operation in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Florida-registered pharmacy technician seeking a stable weekday schedule with strong potential for long-term employment. You'll join a collaborative onsite team of pharmacists, technicians, and shipping specialists who work closely together to ensure timely, accurate prescription fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Assist with medication dispensing and prescription order preparation Print pick tickets and accurately locate medications and supplies Enter correct quantities, lot numbers, and NDC information into pharmacy systems Support inventory management, including receiving shipments from suppliers and carriers Unpack, sort, stock, and organize medications and supplies Assist with specialty medication shipping, including refrigerated and ambient packaging Restock gel packs, coolers, and shipping materials Rotate through multiple fulfillment stations during onboarding and training Help ensure prescription orders are completed before daily FedEx and UPS pickup deadlines Required Qualifications Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license High school diploma or GED Previous pharmacy technician experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Specialty pharmacy experience Inventory or fulfillment experience Relevant Backgrounds Encouraged to
