Responsibilities:
The Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, med history entry into electronic data base, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED Licensure/Certification/Registration Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hire Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
