Job Description

Join Our Team! We're looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Georgia State Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our exceptional team at our independent community pharmacy near Athens, Georgia. In this part-time role, you'll work alongside our pharmacists to provide outstanding patient care by assisting with prescription preparation and dispensing, inventory management, and maintaining accurate pharmacy records.
Schedule:
Part-time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00
PM DUTIES:
Demonstrates excellent customer service Observes patient confidentiality Demonstrates team concepts and willingness to help others Fill prescription orders accurately and in accordance with policy and procedures Assembles all components for final RPh check Operates all equipment with skill & safety
QUALIFICATIONS
Georgia Board of Pharmacy Technician's License must be active or obtained by the start of employment (required by law), certification preferred High School graduate Experience in retail pharmacy preferred Knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and procedures preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
