Certified Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time) We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and retail pharmacy experience. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy is highly preferred. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacists, preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional patient care and service. Location Requirements Applicants must reside in Middle Georgia.
Position Details Full-Time Position Competitive Pay:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) Closed on Sundays Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Benefits Health Insurance Benefits Paid Holidays (after 6 months of employment) Paid Vacation Retirement Benefits Performance Bonuses Responsibilities Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions and pharmacy regulations. Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, medication reconciliation, and patient intake. Verify prescription information and maintain accurate records. Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels. Process prescription orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications Current Pharmacy Technician Certification required. Minimum of 2-5 years of retail pharmacy experience required. Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must successfully pass a skills assessment and applicable screening requirements.
