FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Lotus Farmacy is a boutique wellness pharmacy in Suwanee, GA specializing in medical cannabis, hemp-derived THC products, compounded GLP-1 medications, and hormone and men's health services. We are a small, mission-driven team that believes in personalized care, deep patient relationships, and the power of plant-based medicine. THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not your average pharmacy role. You'll work directly with patients on their wellness journeys, support GLP-1 outreach in the community, and help grow a brand that's redefining what a pharmacy can be. In addition to your core tech duties, you'll have up to 8 flex hours per week to build relationships with physicians' offices, gyms, and medical spas around our GLP-1 program — with commission on every patient you bring in.

COMPENSATION

$20/hour base pay Commission on GLP-1 patient referrals Bonuses for Google, Yelp, and Weedmaps reviews Bonuses for loyalty card sign-ups Up to 8 paid community outreach hours per week This position does not currently include health, dental, or vision benefits. We are a growing boutique pharmacy and are committed to expanding our benefits package as the team grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support our licensed pharmacist in day-to-day dispensing and patient intake operations Provide knowledgeable, consultative service to medical cannabis and wellness patients Conduct outreach to physicians' offices, gyms, and med spas to grow our GLP-1 program Assist with onboarding new patients and processing orders accurately Encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and sign up for our loyalty program Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant pharmacy environment

REQUIREMENTS

Active Georgia State Board of Pharmacy registration or CPhT certification required Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass a background check Must be comfortable and supportive of medical cannabis Genuine interest in or personal/professional experience with cannabis (medical or recreational) and wellness Comfortable speaking with patients about cannabis, GLP-1s, and integrative health Available to work weekends (Saturdays required) Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Active Notary Public or willing to become one (we'll support the process) Prior sales or community outreach experience Background in healthcare or wellness
