Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Floor Technician Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Floor Technician to support prescription preparation in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment. This role is responsible for picking, labeling, scanning, and preparing medications for final verification by a Pharmacist while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities Accurately fill daily medication orders under the supervision of a Pharmacist Pick/pull medications from shelving, storage areas, and pre‑pack racks Label and scan medications, including blister cards, to ensure accuracy Alert the Pharmacist on duty of any scanning discrepancies or issues Assist with processing returned medications and recycling or disposal per policy Pre‑pack frequently ordered medications during low‑volume periods Package materials and products manually as needed Maintain clean, organized workstations and replenish supplies Adhere to all applicable regulations, including HIPAA Comply with departmental safety, attendance, and dress code policies Work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Active and clear Georgia Pharmacy Technician License (required) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to work efficiently at a moderate pace Preferred Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician experience Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warner Robins, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
