Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A rewarding opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician is available in Nampa, ID, on a per diem basis. This role involves supporting the pharmacy team by accurately distributing medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers, while maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring patients receive clear information about their medications.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, March 31 to April 3, 2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours/day) Monday through Friday, April 6 to April 10, 2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours/day)Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute prescribed medications in compliance with regulations and protocols Provide customers with medication instructions and answer inquiries regarding drug use Deliver a superior level of customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and inventory managementDesired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid Pharmacy Technician License in the applicable state Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient interaction and education Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Requirements:
