We're seeking a motivated professional to join a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy environment in Chicago. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistency, meaningful patient impact, and career advancement. Outpatient hospital experience is required. Gain experience in a collaborative outpatient setting Work alongside experienced pharmacists and healthcare professionals Opportunity to transition into a permanent role What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting patient care and pharmacy operations: Accurately process and prepare medication orders and prescriptions Package and dispense pre-manufactured dosage forms Support medication storage, preparation, labeling, and distribution systems Assist with controlled substance reconciliation and inventory management Help gather drug information for patients, providers, and care teams Collect patient-specific data to support pharmacotherapy decisions Assist with IV-to-oral conversions, renal dosing adjustments, and allergy screenings Calculate clinical data such as creatinine clearance to support treatment plans Collaborate closely with pharmacists to promote safe, effective, and cost-conscious care What You Bring At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience Hospital outpatient pharmacy experience
