Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A Per Diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available to support pharmacy operations in the Chicago area. This role involves accurately distributing prescribed medications and delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers daytime shifts focused on maintaining smooth pharmacy workflow and patient satisfaction.
Location:
Chicago, IL Schedule:
Various weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM between May 28, 2026, and July 2, 2026
Responsibilities:
Distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners Provide accurate drug information and usage guidance to customers Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions Assist with pharmacy operations to ensure efficient medication dispensing
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License required Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team This per diem role is ideal for pharmacy technicians seeking flexible daytime shifts with a focus on quality patient care in a supportive environment.
