Fulfillment Technician II Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment by accurately picking, labeling, packing, and shipping medication orders. Collaborate with the inventory planner to monitor, manage, and reconcile medication and commodity inventory levels. Restock commodities and supplies used during pick, pack, and ship activities to ensure uninterrupted operations. Consistently meet or exceed performance standards aligned with predefined metrics and KPIs. Identify opportunities for process and system improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in fulfillment operations, and communicate recommendations to supervisors, team leads, and managers. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of the fulfillment technician role and serve as a resource for other pharmacy technicians and fulfillment team leads. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by pharmacy leadership to support evolving business needs. Interact professionally and collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely provision of services to patients. Maintain active pharmacy technician licensure and certification, including completion of required continuing education. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and professionalism in a high-volume, call-heavy pharmacy environment. Support cross-functional workflows by having the aptitude to assist with pharmacy technician tasks such as data entry, case updates, and phone-based patient or provider communication when needed. Adhere to all relevant pharmacy regulations, company policies, and quality standards while handling prescription medications and patient information. Effectively manage individual workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture by helping colleagues, volunteering for additional responsibilities such as overtime when appropriate, and proactively learning new tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.27 - $27.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
