  • Bedford, Indiana Medicine Plus Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our growing compounding department.
This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys precision, organization, and working in a focused environment. Unlike many traditional retail pharmacy settings, this role is primarily dedicated to non-sterile compounding and preparation of customized medications that help improve patients' lives. As our compounding business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys learning specialized pharmacy skills, and wants to be part of an independent pharmacy that values both its patients and team members. Responsibilities Prepare and compound customized medications under pharmacist supervision Accurately weigh, measure, and mix pharmaceutical ingredients Maintain compounding records and documentation Assist with inventory management and ordering of chemicals and supplies Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards Ensure compounding equipment and work areas remain clean and organized Support pharmacy operations as needed Qualifications Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow written procedures and formulas Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous compounding experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Medicine Plus Pharmacy?
