Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire A Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in a specialty retail and mail order environment located in Carmel, IN. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for direct hire based on performance.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client calls and perform order entry with accuracy. Verify insurance details and manage inventory control. Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists. Provide exceptional support through processing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Proven Pharmacy Technician background. Proficient in data entry and accurate record keeping. Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is required. Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential.
