Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacy Technician seeking a role within a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. The position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced setting where reliability and expertise are essential to ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.

Hire Shift:
Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (12:30pm - 9pm) with possible weekend hours
Initial Schedule:
Start on Day shift (8am - 5pm) transitioning to evening shift once pharmacists are established
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription processing in a mail order and specialty pharmacy setting Manage high-volume prescription orders efficiently and accurately Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Provide excellent communication and support to pharmacists and customers Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of medications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience Experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environments Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic Benefits of this role include working in a specialized pharmacy setting with opportunities for direct hire after a 26-week contract.
