Responsibilities:

Accurately process and prepare prescription orders according to pharmacy protocols. Manage high-volume medication fulfillment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to support seamless shift transitions, starting on day shift and moving to a consistent 2nd shift schedule. Maintain accurate records, verify patient information, and adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Participate in workflow improvements to enhance pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recent or current pharmacy technician experience. Licensed as a pharmacy technician in Indiana. Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy setting. Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts.

Shift and Location:

Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (2nd shift), starting on day shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) during transition. Located in Carmel, IN.
